Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of shipment for a credit or exchange (less shipping and handling charges).

Personalized or custom
Orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the product. Items must be returned to Sporty Mommas within 14 days of the shipping date - unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

What size should I order?
Most of our apparel runs small unless specified. We suggest ordering up one whole size. If you are a small, you would order a medium and so on. You do not want the crystals to pull or stretch as the design will be distorted. The tees have a baby doll cut and are flattering already. Check out chart below for sizing details.

How do I wash my Sporty Momma t-shirt?  
Machine wash in cold with like colors, tumble dry low.  These tees are preshrunk and should not shrink much. If you do experience some shrinkage, simply wet the shirt, reshape and dry flat. You may want to consider hang drying darker colors to avoid fading over time.

What form of payment do you accept?  
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover online and via telephone.

When will my order to ship? 
We ship all items within 3-5 business days, except for back orders. If your item(s) is on back order, we will contact
you via email with a revised ship date. If you have any questions regarding a back ordered purchase, contact info@sportymommas.com   All orders are shipped USPS First Class.  In the event that a package is returned to us
for a wrong address or unable to deliver (box full, no access etc.) outside our control Sporty Mommas will contact you
for an alternative address and bill you for actual shipping/handling costs.
